Bogotá, Colombia.- El Ministro de Turismo, David Collado, presentó ante más de 300 agentes de viajes y turoperadores lo mejor de República Dominicana, así como su historia de éxito en la recuperación del turismo.
En su ya tradicional roadshow, que presenta en los diferentes mercados del mundo, Collado dijo que Colombia se ha convertido en el tercer país emisor de turistas hacia la República.
«Quiero agradecer aquí, que los colombianos hayan escogido República Dominicana como uno de sus destinos favoritos y les exhorto a que nos sigan visitando para que disfruten de nuestra belleza», manifestó el Ministro Collado.
Durante el roadshow, el funcionario presentó cada uno de los destinos de República Dominicana, haciendo énfasis en la diversificada propuesta de turística de Santiago y toda la costa norteña.
Se recuerda que el Ministro Collado reinició sus presentaciones de promoción en el mercado norteamericano semanas después de haber logrado la más exitosa participación de República Dominicana en la feria turística de FITUR, que se celebró del 18 al 22 de enero en Madrid, España.
