Este domingo, el Partido de la Liberación Dominicana (PLD), elegirá de entre Maritza Hernández, Francisco Domínguez Brito, Abel Martínez, Margarita Cedeño y Karen Ricardo a su precandidato presidencial a través de una consulta ciudadana que medirá la simpatía entre estos cinco.
Para ello, la organización ha recibido el apoyo de la Junta Central Electoral (JCE) a través del préstamo de los equipos y el material gastable que se utilizarán en los 1,789 recintos escolares que fueron facilitados por el Ministerio de Educación.
Para la realización de la consulta el PLD elaboró un instructivo de los trabajos operativos de las comisiones de los centros de consultas que contiene todo lo concerniente a la conformación y funcionamiento de estas y como la ciudadanía en general podrá participar en la medición de simpatía.
Los centros de consultas estarán compuestos en total de siete integrantes y habrá un presidente, un vicepresidente, un secretario, un subsecretario y tres vocales.
El montaje de los centros de consulta comenzó a las 6:00 a.m., y debe estar listo a las 7:45 a.m. debido a que el inicio de las votaciones es a las 8 de la mañana.
Los equipos que se usarán son las computadoras cedidas por la JCE, a estas se les instaló el programa con la boleta que contiene la imagen de los aspirantes a candidatos presidenciales, un scanner, un UPS, cables y accesorios.
Los materiales que se utilizarán en la consulta incluyen una lista de los habilitados a participar en la consulta, el reglamento, instructivo, las resoluciones de la consulta, carteles de orientación, credenciales, formularios, presillas de seguridad, hojas de conteo, lapiceros, marcadores y cinta adhesiva, entre otros.
Tommy Galán, secretario de Asuntos Electorales del PLD, dijo que los resultados de la consulta se darán a conocer unas horas después de que concluya el proceso de votación.
La consulta iniciará a las 8:00 a.m. y se extenderá hasta las 5:00 p.m., que es cuando cierran los centros de votación o centros de consulta.
Galán indicó que “a las 8:00 de la noche, a más tardar las 9:00” se estará dando el primer boletín concerniente a varias de las mesas.
En la consulta habrá 2,732 comisiones de centros de consulta o mesas electorales donde se realizará la votación que estarán divididos 1,789 recintos escolares en todo el territorio nacional. y unos 30,000 miembros y militantes están trabajando como voluntarios en el proceso.
A las 12:00 del mediodía, Maritza Hernández realizará su votación en la mesa 97, en la escuela básica República de Guatemala.
Abel Martínez votará a la 11:00 a.m., en Santiago en el Politécnico Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes.
Francisco Domínguez Brito votará, en Santiago a las 9:30 a.m. en el Politécnico Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes.
Karen Ricardo estará realizando su votación a las 11:00 am en la escuela básica Belice.
Mientras que Margarita Cedeño estará votando en la escuela Santa Teresa de Jesús 10:30 a.m.
