Tras casi cuatro horas de operaciones,  el Ministerio Público y miembros de la Dirección Nacional de Control de Drogas (DNCD) abandonaron anoche las instalaciones de Hard Rock Café Santo Domingo, cuyo allanamiento empezó en la tarde.

A su salida del afamado restaurante, los fiscales del órgano persecutor, Sourelly Jáquez, Miguel Collado, Jonathan Pérez Fulcar entre otros, no ofrecieron información sobre el operativo.

El fiscal Miguel Collado había dicho antes a la prensa que, al terminar los levantamientos, se brindaría la información respecto a la inspección, pero esto no fue cumplido.

Al abandonar la jornada en el Hard Rock Café no se emitieron declaraciones.

En medio del allanamiento, agentes de la DNCD y personal del Ministerio Público trasladaron  seis cajas negras grandes y otras dos pequeñas, de cartón, en la cuales se cree podría haber algunas evidencias obtenidas durante la requisa.

Desde aproximadamente las 4:00 de la tarde de ayer lunes, la Procuraduría General de la República, en coordinación con la Dirección Nacional de Control de Drogas allanaron a Hard Rock Café Santo Domingo, ubicado en el cuarto nivel de la plaza Blue Mall.

La entrada del comercio estaba custodiada por agentes de la DNCD, mientras que los empleados esperaban sentados en los alrededores de la zona.

Luego de que las autoridades finalizaran sus investigaciones, aproximadamente a las 7:50 de la noche, el establecimiento fue clausurado.

Esta requisa forma parte de un operativo que inició el fin de semana, en contra de tres extranjeros solicitados para extradición por el Reino de los Países Bajos, donde habrían cometido varios delitos.

Este no es el único que se está realizando a escala nacional, ya que también se informó que se está allanando la finca “Los Gambinos”, en Monte Plata.

Los arrestos

La Procuraduría General de la República (PGR) y la DNCD arrestaron a tres fugitivos solicitados en extradición, por su vinculación a las estructuras criminales “Mocro Maffia” y “No Limit Soldier”, acusados de narcotráfico, tráfico de armas, asesinato y otros delitos en el Reino de los Países Bajos.
