La Dirección de Proyectos Estratégicos y Especiales de la Presidencia (Propeep) benefició a miles de personas de la provincia San Cristóbal, a través de la jornada de inclusión social, «Primero Tú», con la cual el Gobierno apoya a las comunidades más vulnerables de todo el territorio nacional.

Roberto Ángel Salcedo, director de Propeep, encabezó las jornadas desarrolladas en El Carril, de Haina, y en Cambita Garabitos, donde más de seis mil personas recibieron distintos servicios de las más de 15 instituciones públicas que participan de esos operativos.

El funcionario resaltó que con esas jornadas el presidente Luis Abinader busca impactar los sectores más vulnerables de San Cristóbal, y todo el país, desde los más pequeños de la casa, las embarazadas, los emprendedores, los jóvenes adolescentes, hasta los adultos mayores.

Roberto Ángel estuvo acompañado en ambas jornadas de las autoridades de la provincia, incluida la gobernadora Pura Casilla, quién destacó el acercamiento del presidente Abinader a la gente, a fin de llevar los servicios sociales a los más necesitados.

La jornada de inclusión social se desarrolló ayer jueves en el centro educativo Pedro Domínguez Garabito, en el municipio de Cambita Garabitos, mientras que el miércoles, en la escuela Básica, profesora Amparo García Maldonado, en El Carril del municipio de Haina.
