En continuidad al amplio programa de inauguraciones del Gobierno, la vicepresidenta Raquel Peña entregó este sábado 120 apartamentos de bajo costo, 31 de los cuales pertenecen al Plan Nacional de Viviendas Familia Feliz, del Ministerio de la Presidencia, en esta ocasión, la novena entrega de proyectos.
Peña también inauguró cuatro proyectos de electrificación y rehabilitación de redes en San Cristóbal y Baní, de la empresa Edesur Dominicana, con una inversión superior a los RD 889 millones de pesos.
De igual forma, en respuesta al interés del Gobierno del presidente Luis Abinader de garantizar el acceso a servicios de calidad en espacios dignos y con los equipos médicos adecuados, la vicepresidenta entregó a los residentes de Hato Damas, el remozado y equipado Centro de Primer Nivel (CNP) Jamey, con una inversión de RD 9,799,410.57.
La jornada de inauguraciones de la vicepresidenta Peña también incluyó la entrega, a través de la Comisión Presidencial de Apoyo al Desarrollo Provincial (CPADP), de la remozada cancha de baloncesto de Hatillo que beneficiará a más de 1,600 jóvenes y el polideportivo de Haina, en San Cristóbal, que impacta a más de 40,000 personas del municipio y de localidades próximas.
Entrega de viviendas
La vicepresidenta entregó las viviendas ubicadas en el Residencial Los Maestros, en Boca Canasta, Baní, junto al ministro de la Presidencia, Joel Santos. De las 120 familias beneficiadas, 54 tienen como jefes de hogar a profesores de educación básica, secundaria y universitaria.
Peña resaltó que con este Plan Nacional de Vivienda Familia Feliz se materializa uno de los objetivos principales de esta gestión del presidente Abinader que es mejorar la calidad de vida de cada uno de los dominicanos y que este Gobierno está comprometido para que proyectos de esta naturaleza se realicen cada vez más y con esta calidad.
Dentro de los bonos que recibirán los beneficiados a través del Plan Nacional de Viviendas Familia Feliz se encuentran el Bono Inicial, Bono Itbis, Bono Tasa 7 Años. Asimismo, el Bono Mujer, que en esta oportunidad beneficia a diez banilejas que son jefas de hogar.
“Nos complace informarles que los beneficiarios de este proyecto residencial recibirán bonos por parte del Gobierno dominicano por RD 37.7 millones y las jefas de hogar seleccionadas por el Ministerio de la Mujer, un bono adicional que supera los RD 2.0 millones”, precisó el ministro Santos.
Inauguración de cuatro proyectos eléctricos en San Cristóbal y Baní
En la inauguración de Baní, Peña indicó que la energía eléctrica es prioridad en la agenda de Gobierno y desde el Gabinete Eléctrico se trabaja para responder de manera oportuna a las demandas de la población y que hoy entregan un sistema de redes de distribución eléctrica de más de 100 kilómetros completamente rehabilitado, con más de 3,000 postes colocados, más de 2,000 luminarias y una inversión superior a los 670 millones de pesos.
La vicemandataria expuso que este proyecto beneficiará a casi 19,000 familias de la ciudad de Baní y otras zonas cercanas, que a partir de hoy disfrutarán de calles y espacios públicos más iluminados y seguros, así como nuevas redes de suministro que llevarán energía a sus casas y negocios, contribuyendo de manera significativa a la realización de sus actividades domésticas y comerciales.
«Nuestro Gobierno trabaja sin descanso para garantizar la energía eléctrica a sus ciudadanos. Nuestra meta sigue siendo mantener la oferta o disponibilidad de potencia, diversificar la matriz eléctrica y promover una generación basada en recursos renovables», resaltó la vicepresidenta.
Durante la inauguración en Baní, el administrador general de Edesur, Milton Morrison, informó que los trabajos entregados impactarán a casi 3,000 comercios y abarcaron además normalización de clientes, cambio de tensión y colocación de nuevos postes, transformadores y luminarias, cv no lo cual proporcionan una mejoría significativa en el servicio eléctrico en las provincias impactadas.
Los trabajos consistieron en cambiar las redes en mal estado, transformadores, postes y luminarias, para mejorar el nivel de voltaje de 2400 a 7200 voltios, logrando como resultado eliminar reductores, elevadores y booster caseros, lo que reducirá los accidentes eléctricos.
La ejecución de los trabajos fue realizada bajo la coordinación de la Dirección de Gestión de Proyectos de Edesur Dominicana. En el caso de Baní, el monto de inversión es de RD 670.86 millones financiados por el Fondo OPEP para el Desarrollo Internacional (OFID).
En tanto que en San Cristóbal el financiamiento proviene del Banco Mundial, y la inversión asciende a RD 219 millones. Para la ejecución de estas obras se utilizaron 3,857 postes de luz, más de 122 kilómetros de redes eléctricas, además se colocaron 1,057 transformadores, 17,082 medidores y 3,032 luminarias.
La vicepresidenta destacó que con la entrega del sistema de redes de distribución eléctrica completamente rehabilitado, que contó con una inversión que supera los RD 200 millones se mejorará de forma muy significativa el suministro de energía en Madre Vieja y con ella las comunidades Lavapiés, Pueblo Nuevo, Cañada Honda, Urbanización Yamilet y el centro del pueblo.
«Todas estas obras, que garantizan el acceso a energía eléctrica de forma continua, las continuaremos realizando en todo el país, porque la energía eléctrica ha sido declarada por nuestro presidente como el motor de la industrialización de la nación», recalcó.
Remozamiento CNP Jamey
Durante la entrega del Centro de Primer Nivel Jamey realizado por el Servicio Nacional de Salud (SNS), la vicepresidenta dijo que hoy este centro abre sus puertas luego de un proceso de reparación, adecuación, remozamiento y equipamiento y que el mismo cuenta ahora con consultorios polivalentes, consultorio odontológico, farmacia, el área de Vacunas y la Emergencia, además de que se han reparado los techos, dormitorios y baños.
«Nuestro presidente Luis Abinader en varias ocasiones ha repetido que nuestro Gobierno continúa respondiendo a las necesidades de salud pública, remozando y equipando la infraestructura hospitalaria y el sistema de salud en general, porque asumimos el compromiso de mejorar la calidad de vida de nuestra gente», expresó.
En tanto, el director ejecutivo del SNS, Mario Lama, explicó que la entrega del renovado Centro de Primer Nivel (CPN) forma parte del fortalecimiento de los servicios de públicos de salud y exhortó a los comunitarios a cuidar esta importante obra, que dijo fue esperada por 20 años y hoy con el compromiso del presidente Abinader se pone al servicio de la comunidad de Jamey.
Entrega remozada cancha de Hatillo y Polideportivo de Haina, en San Cristóbal
Al entregar la cancha de Hatillo, la vicepresidenta manifestó que hoy, en representación del presidente Abinader, inauguran para todos los jóvenes de la comunidad de Hatillo, esta cancha completamente renovada y exhortó a cuidarla y aprovecharla, porque estas obras en especial representan una valiosa oportunidad de desarrollo y bienestar para nuestra juventud y sus comunidades.
Mientras que en la entrega de la remodelación del polideportivo de Haina, con un costo que supera los RD 32 millones, afirmó que el presidente Abinader es un abanderado de primera fila del deporte nacional y se ha enfocado en incluir el deporte como política pública porque es una de las mejores herramientas para promover la salud física y el desarrollo integral de las personas.
De su lado, el presidente de la CPADP, Ángel de la Cruz, explicó que actualmente se ejecutan en todo el país más de 400 iniciativas con las características de estas canchas entregadas hoy y de estas, 16 se realizan en la provincia de San Cristóbal.
En el polideportivo de Haina se reconstruyeron las áreas de las gradas y baños, así como dos oficinas. Se colocaron pizarras eléctricas y dos canchas, además de que fue reparado el tabloncillo y se incorporaron luces LED y electricidad general.
Asimismo se reparó el aire acondicionado, se construyeron verjas perimetrales de la cancha, fueron instalados canastos profesionales y se hizo remozamiento del techo. En la cancha de Hatillo, se reconstruyeron las gradas, la cancha, los baños y una oficina, entre otras especificaciones.
En las actividades estuvieron presentes la ministra de la Mujer, Mayra Jiménez; el viceministro de Proyectos de Inversión del Ministerio de la Presidencia, Camel Curi; el administrador general de la Empresa de Generación Hidroeléctrica Dominicana (EGEHID), Rafael Salazar; el senador por la provincia Peravia, Milcíades Franjul; la gobernadora de Peravia, Angela Yadira Báez y la de San Cristóbal, Pura Casilla; el director de gestión de proyectos de Edesur, Euclides Matos.
También, el alcalde del municipio de Baní, Santos Ramírez, y del municipio de Hatillo, Santa de Dios; los diputados Luis Báez, Julito Fulcar, Dionisio de la Rosa Rodríguez, Gustavo Lara, Otoniel Tejada y Nelson de la Rosa.
