Luego de las elecciones del año 2020, las principales organizaciones políticas han sufrido una serie de cambios en lo concerniente a sus representantes a cargos de elección popular, muchos de ellos pasando a formar parte del hoy partido de Gobierno, el Revolucionario Moderno (PRM).
Pero no solo en el partido oficial se han juramentado miembros y militantes de otras organizaciones políticas, sino que entre los de oposición ocurre lo mismo.
Desde regidores, alcaldes, exregidores, diputados, senadores, presidentes de comités intermedios, dirigentes, entre otros, han sido las figuras políticas que han cambiado de bando.
¿Quiénes se han pasado al PRM?
En el Partido Revolucionario Moderno se han juramentado el alcalde de Ocoa, Aneudy Ortiz Sajiun, procedente del Partido Revolucionario Dominicano (PRD).
También, se juramentaron en el PRM los exalcaldes por Ocoa, Alexis Mateo (PRD) y Orlando Macea -Gangui-(PRD), el exalcalde de Nizao, Guancho Velázquez (PRD), y el exalcalde de La Ciénaga, Víctor Rivera (PRD), entre otros.
Además, se han juramentado en el PRM Miguel Feliz, exmiembro del PLD; Abel Mota, exdirigente de la Fuerza del Pueblo; Rogelio Florentino, expresidente de la Juventud por Alianza País y el dirigente del Partido Reformista Social Cristiano (PRSC) Homero González.
El pasado 15 de agosto el PRM informó que fueron juramentados en esa organización los regidores, Jhon Hazim Brugal, del PRD y Rafael Hidalgo, de la Fuerza del Pueblo.
También se juramentaron en el partido de Gobierno los alcaldes, del municipio de Consuelo, Juan Ignacio Vargas Padilla, del PRD; de Arenoso, Cristian Concepción (Pitico), de Sabana Larga, Milton Brea, estos últimos dos exdirigentes del PLD.
De Igual forma, pasaron a formar parte de las filas del oficialista partido la alcaldesa de Salcedo María Mercedes Ortiz (Mecho) y el alcalde de Nigua, Jorge Ortiz Carela, todos exdirigentes del PRD.
También se juramentó en el PRM la alcaldesa de San Juan de la Maguana, Hanoi Sánchez, quien pasó de la Fuerza del Pueblo al partido de Gobierno.
Mirtha Elena Pérez (La Popi), alcaldesa del municipio Pedro Brand, pasó del PLD a la Fuerza del Pueblo y en febrero del 2022 fue juramentada en el PRM por el presidente de esa organización, José Ignacio Paliza.
Los que se han pasado a la Fuerza del Pueblo
A finales del año 2020 el alcalde de Santo Domingo Norte, Carlos Guzmán, pasó a formar parte de la Fuerza del Pueblo. Guzmán fue miembro del PLD y en esa organización política ganó las elecciones municipales el pasado 15 de marzo.
Recientemente la organización política que lidera Leonel Fernández juramentó a Santos Díaz Henríquez, regidor PRM en el Distrito Municipal Elupina Cordero, en Hato Mayor.
También se juramentaron, del municipio de Sabana de la Mar, Diomara Rodríguez Robles, presidenta del Partido Cívico Renovador, Pedro Manuel Severino, expresidente del Partido Humanista Dominicano (PHD), Aurora Balbuena, presidenta de la mujer del PHD, y Kerlín Castillo, presidente de la Juventud del PRD.

También en el Partido Revolucionario Dominicano (PRD) se han realizado una serie de juramentaciones a excandidatos y dirigentes actuales del PLD, PRM y la Fuerza del Pueblo.
Se juramentan en el PLD
En el Partido de la Liberación Dominicana (PLD), se hacen multitudinarias juramentaciones de nuevos militantes y miembros de otros partidos que pasan a formar parte de esa organización.
Algunos de los dirigentes que han pasado desde otros partidos al PLD son regidor del PRM de San José de las Matas, Rony Manuel Bisonó Tavares y José Ariel Santiago Peña, regidor (vocal) en la sala capitular de La Cuesta, San José de las Matas.
También se juramentaron en el partido de oposición el excandidato a diputado de la Fuerza del Pueblo en Monte Plata, Emilio Carrera.
Que se investiguen los hechos
En febrero pasado los representantes de los principales partidos de oposición realizaron una denuncia ante la Junta Central Electoral (JCE), de que sus regidores y alcaldes “estaban siendo presionados” para que pasen a formar parte del partido de Gobierno.
A cinco meses y medio de los partidos de la Liberación Dominicana (PLD), Revolucionario Dominicano (PRD) y la Fuerza del Pueblo (FP) haber hecho la denuncia aun no tienen una respuesta de parte del organismo electoral que creó una comisión para investigar los hechos.
En ese sentido, Andrés Navarro, miembro del Comité Político del PLD, y el vicepresidente del PRD, Héctor Guzmán, han señalado que esperarán una respuesta a su denuncia desde el organismo electoral.
Regular el transfuguismo
Cuando se inició la discusión de la reforma a la Ley 15-19 Orgánica de Régimen Electoral, en la mesa temática coordinada por el Consejo Económico y Social (CES) los partidos políticos propusieron como meta principal el regular el transfuguismo y los topes de gastos de campaña.
Los dirigentes coincidieron en que se debe eliminar cualquier posibilidad de que un actor de un partido político participe en más de un proceso interno de las organizaciones partidarias y en un mismo certamen electoral.
