Las movilizaciones de protesta contra el gobierno peruano de Dina Boluarte y a favor del cierre del Congreso retornaron ese miércoles al país andino tras una tregua navideña, con una treintena de bloqueos en carreteras, pero sin que se produzcan graves enfrentamientos con las fuerzas del orden.

Igual que antes de Navidad, los manifestantes exigen la renuncia de la presidenta Dina Boluarte, el cierre del Congreso, el adelanto de elecciones generales a 2023 y la convocatoria de una asamblea constituyente.

Cientos de personas se concentraron en plazas del centro de Lima e intentaron marchar hacia el Congreso, pero la Policía Nacional desplegó a numerosos efectivos para evitar que los manifestantes llegaran al Palacio Legislativo y los hizo retroceder con gases lacrimógenos.

En otras ciudades del país, como Huancayo, Piura y Ayacucho, los manifestantes salieron a las calles con ataúdes de cartón y letreros que piden la renuncia de Boluarte por la represión policial de las marchas de diciembre pasado. A la presidenta peruana la responsabilizan por la muerte de 28 personas.

La Superintendencia de Transporte Terrestre de Personas (Sutran) público un mapa interactivo con los 35 puntos de tránsito afectados por las manifestaciones que, indicó, incluyen siete vías nacionales en seis regiones del país.

En el mapa se observa que la mayoría de bloqueos se presentan en la región sureña de Puno, aunque también hay algunos en las regiones vecinas de Arequipa, Cuzco, Madre de Dios y en la central de Junín.

Entre las zonas afectadas en Puno aparece la carretera que une la localidad de Chucuito con Desaguadero, uno de los principales puntos de tránsito hacia Bolivia, mientras que en Arequipa se bloqueó la carretera hacia Puno, en la zona de Cerro Colorado.

En Arequipa, la segunda ciudad del país, EFE pudo constatar que un grupo de manifestantes se dirigió de forma pacífica al aeropuerto, que ya fue tomado por los protestantes en diciembre, para partir posteriormente hacia la localidad.

En Cuzco se reportaron bloqueos en la carretera Longitudinal de la Sierra Sur, a la altura de localidades como Tinta, Urcos, Anta y Combopata.

Gobierno analiza ingreso de Evo Morales

En esta nueva jornada de protestas, la presidenta Dina Boluarte declaró a la emisora PBO que está analizando, con la Cancillería y Migraciones, «la situación de ingreso (al país) de Evo Morales», el expresidente boliviano que mantuvo un estrecho vínculo político con el destituido mandatario Pedro Castillo.

«Nadie, ninguna persona, ningún expresidente, ningún líder de otro país, tiene por qué intervenir en temas internos», dijo la jefa de Estado.

Al respecto, sostuvo que, si Morales «quiere seguir siendo líder en Bolivia, en Bolivia tiene que ejercer su papel de líder social y político», pero no en Perú.

En noviembre de 2021, la comisión de Relaciones Exteriores del Congreso de Perú declaró persona non grata a Morales «por su negativo activismo político en Perú y su evidente injerencia e intromisión en la agenda del Gobierno» que entonces encabezaba Castillo.

Marchas en el sur del país

Por otro lado, desde Cuzco, manifestantes iniciaron una marcha con el objetivo de llegar hasta la ciudad de Sicuani, la segunda más poblada de esa región, donde aseguran que hay una concentración más numerosa de manifestantes.

«Buscamos un derecho justo para todos los que han muerto a causada de este petitorio», señaló a EFE una de las participantes en esa movilización, en referencia a las 28 personas que murieron en las violentas manifestaciones de diciembre pasado.

En Junín, aunque el mapa señaló un punto afectado, el reporte de Sutran agregó que ya «se ha liberado la vía que fuera afectada por un grupo de personas que protestaban» en la carretera Longitudinal de la Selva Sur, entre las localidades de Chanchamayo y Perené.

En otras localidades como las también sureñas Andahuaylas y Ayacucho, que fueron el epicentro de las protestas de diciembre pasado, los comercios y el transporte trabajaron con normalidad y sin que se reporten bloqueos.

Las protestas en Perú comenzaron en diciembre pasado, luego de que Boluarte asumiera la Presidencia por sucesión constitucional, tras la destitución de Pedro Castillo por intentar cerrar el Legislativo, intervenir en la judicatura y gobernar por decreto.

En ese sentido, el primer ministro, Alberto Otárola, afirmó que los peruanos quieren «vivir en paz» e invocó a las personas que participen en las protestas que «respeten la vida e integridad» de sus compatriotas.

Otárola dijo que hay un «trabajo permanente» de las fuerzas de seguridad y que se asegurará «la libertad de tránsito» en todo el país. EFE
